A lesson for Italy
Zapping on TV last night I switched on MTV and Fabio Volo in his program "Italo Americano" was visiting Google headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
Wow: I was truly amazed how fantastic Google is!
I searched on youtube "work google" and found a lot of videos about how is working in Google (best company to work for in the U.S.A.... and probably in the world).
Heres just an example:
No need to say that in Italy we are very far from this mentality (which is typically American) but I think THIS is a lesson we should start to learn if we want things to change.
Facendo zapping laltra sera sono capitato su MTV dove stavano trasmettendo il programma di Fabio Volo "Italo Americano". Fabio stava facendo visita al quartier generale di Google in Mountain View, CA.
Caspita: sono veramente rimasto colpito di quanto è stupendo lavorare per Google!
Ho cercato su youtube "work google" e ovviamente ho trovato un sacco di video su comè lavorare in Google (la miglior compagni per cui lavorare negli U.S.A.... e probabilmente nel mondo).
Non cè bisogno di dire che in italia siamo molto lontani da questa mentalità (tipicamente Americana) ma credo che QUESTA sia una lezione che dovremmo imparare se vogliamo che qualcosa cambi.
